Eligibility for Local Delivery & Public Meet-Up

• Local Delivery & Public Meet-Up is available to customers in Exeter, Stratham, East Kingston, Kensington, Newfields, Newmarket, & Greenland

  • Zip Codes: 03885, 03883, 03857, 03856, 03840, 03827, 03833

• During checkout, you will have the option to select “Local Delivery” if you are within our designated delivery area.

  • If you are located outside of our local delivery area, please choose an alternative shipping method.

Delivery Times & Location

• Once the order is processed, we will be in touch via email to coordinate a day and time.

• If you choose Public Meet-Up, that information will also be confirmed via email.

Receiving Your Order

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery during the scheduled time frame.

  • If you are unavailable to receive your order, notify us of a safe drop-off location.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.

Changes to Delivery Information

• If you need to make changes to your delivery address or request special instructions, please contact us at paige@tewellry.com as soon as possible.

• We may not be able to accommodate changes once the delivery is in progress.

Delivery Issues

• If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, damage), please contact us immediately at paige@tewellry.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

• Damage or defects reported after delivery will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
