At Tewellry Jewelry, we take pride in crafting beautiful, high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at paige@tewellry.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item in your request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
