At Tewellry Jewelry, we take pride in crafting beautiful, high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us at paige@tewellry.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of return approval.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item in your request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
