Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time (2-4 business days).

  • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping within the United States through USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days for a flat rate of $6.00

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • International orders are not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at paige@tewellry.com

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
