Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time (2-4 business days).
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping within the United States through USPS Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days for a flat rate of $6.00
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
International orders are not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
